Goto, Japan
The largest and most accessible of the Goto Islands, Fukue combines a compact historic town centre — with samurai streets and a castle moat — with volcanic highlands, scenic coastlines, and several of the archipelago's finest churches. It serves as the main gateway and base for the first half of the tour.

Nakadori Island, Japan
The second most populated island of the Goto group, Nakadori surpasses even Fukue in the density of its Christian heritage and the beauty of its coastline. Pristine beaches, a stone-masonry village, and a deeply rural character make it the scenic centrepiece of the itinerary. Wakamatsu Island, connected by bridge, is explored as a day extension.

Ojika, Japan
Located just north of the Goto Islands proper, Ojika is a small island of around 2,500 residents with a pastoral character — clifftop cattle pastures, a distinctive red-sand beach, a pine avenue, and an intimate local history museum. Comfortably explored in a single day before a ferry departs for Fukuoka.
