- stroll and eat around the area of “blloku” this is where the old regime politicians used to live and it’s quite posh to walk around, have a drink or coffee or even grab a bite on street food. - visit tirana lake and the cafes around the lake. - go to skenderbei square and walk around it or sit to have a drink. Interesting things to eat (i’m writing it in albanian) - simite me bugaçe or byrek me djath (kind of tiropita) - ballokume (a kind of corn flour cookie) - ashure (a wheat based creamy sweet) - dhalle (a drink close to kefir as a taste) - pilaf me kos (it’s like rice with yoghurt) - tavë kosi (it’s a traditional dish with lamb and yoghurt in the oven)
