On your way to the lodge you do pass the winery Casa Silva on the highway Ruta 5 (exit El Tambo - La Paloma. Close to San Fernando) the winery is at about 5 min from the highway, easy to get off and back on😉). The grounds are beautiful and also their restaurant (have something 'light' though, you'll have a full dinner that night).
November should be nice, maybe 'pool' weather, to be prepared! Still cooler nights...full spring, full flower explosion😀
As for the other winery visits, it's mid- week, I don't think you will have problems getting in...
