The transfer includes: cab from Cancun airport (by toll road) to Chiquilá; about 2 hours transfer, boat from Chiquilá to Holbox; about 30 minutes and cab (golf cart) from Holbox dock to La Palapa in 5 minutes.
It is important to know that this service is paid in full in cash, once you arrive at the hotel, we accept USD, pesos or euros.
Cancellation policy: free cancellation more than 24 hours before the service. In case of cancellation in less than 24 hours, 100% of the price will be charged.
No Show is considered when the agency waits more than 2 hours after arriving at the meeting point and the client does not arrive at the meeting point and 100% of the price will be charged.
In case your flight is delayed for more than 2 hours, an extra charge (variable price) will be added to the cost of the transfer service.
