[How to check in]
Check-in will be done via video call on the tablet installed on-site.
① Open the entrance door and enter the building.
※ Entrance key number [c 673]
※ After pressing the number, turn the knob at the bottom to the right and pull the door.
② You can make calls using the tablet near the entrance, so press (start call).
(※ The tablet is located above the ticket vending machine)
③ Once you have started talking to the staff, the staff will tell you the accommodation tax fee.
Please purchase the accommodation tax or accommodation fee at the ticket vending machine.
Point the purchased ticket at the camera and show it to them.
(※ If you have already paid by credit card, you can only purchase the accommodation tax)
④ After that, enter the check-in code on the tablet.
The check-in code will be sent to you on the day by email or on-site.
⑤ Once you have completed entering the code, your room number and the key number for your mailbox will be displayed.
Please take the key out of the mailbox to enter your room.
(※How to open the mailbox: After unlocking the mailbox, turn the knob)
⑥Please return the key to the mailbox by 10:00 AM to check out.
(※No tablet operation is required when checking out)
