Day 1: arrive 6am, just get a taxi to hostel + get a sim card at the airport. Depending how tired you are, book an extra night in the hostel or dump bags.
The grand palace is 22 minute walk away from the hotel. The palace opens at 8:30am. Food court in the airport. 22 minute walk away is Wat arun. Ferry is 4 baht to cross.
Return back to the hostel & wait until check in (2pm).
Chill in the hostel until later, plan the floating market & railway tour. hopefully go out somewhere after?
Day 2: Floating market & Railway tour (day trip) - can get pickup from Phra Nakhon. Plan night bus down to Phuket/purchase an extra day if wanted.
Day3/4: Visit MBK centre & depart bangkok for south thailand.
