Instead of Pad Thai, have Pad See Ew (fried noodles) instead of Tom Yum, try Tom Kha Khi (Thai coconut chicken Galangal soup) Instead of Mango with Sticky Rice, try Pandan Leaf Custard with Stream Bread My favorites 😊 Northern: Khao Soi (like a mix of curry and soup) Sai Ua (sour-sweet sausage) Kanom Jeen Nam Ngiew (rice noddles with pork) Northeast: Larb / Laab (beef salad and national dish of Laos) Thum Mak Hoong (papaya salad but with more flavour as they use fermented fish sauce) Gaeng Phed Nor Mai (bamboo shoot curry) Southern Kaeng Masaman (the best curry for me personally) Moo Hong (slow-cooked pork belly)
