The total weight of your backpack must not exceed 5 kg (excluding water).
Our office is open from 8:00 to 17:00 (16:00 on weekends)
We recommend being present at our office the day before your tour begins to check-in.
It is not possible to cross the Thai border on the same day that your tour begins.
For last-minute check-in, be at our office at 8 am, 8:20 if you checked in the day before.
Luggage can be stored in our office before leaving, it is advised to bring only a small backpack in the forest.
The return time on the last day is between 15:00 and 16:00 (sometimes later during the rainy season).

What to bring to the jungle :
- Headlight (mandatory for safety reasons)
- Mosquito repellent
- Refillable water bottle
- Good shoes (trail shoes with good grip)
- Power bank
- Money 200,000 LAK (snacks on the road, tips)
- Binoculars
- Some warm clothes during winter (for evenings and mornings from November to mid-March)
- Swimming suit (Giant loop)
- Nam Kan biodiversity pdf Book (please do not print it)
- EpiPen for people with severe allergies (to bees for example)
Bedsheets, towels, organic soap, and meals are provided.

Rescheduling and cancellations
For obvious booking reasons, we value early cancellations/rescheduling as opposed to late ones. At the end of each month, we will refund any canceled booking according to the following rates:
* More than 7 days before the departure date, you will receive a 90 % refund if you cancel, while rescheduling is free of charge.
* Between 7 and 2 days before the departure date, if you cancel, you will receive a 50% refund. Rescheduling will cost 50% of your booking price.
* Less than 48 hours of the departure (9 am), there is no refund, and it is not possible to reschedule.
* Rescheduling is always possible and free for an earlier available date for the same tour.
* If you decide to shorten your stay, this may result in significant logistical costs.
* Tour change (Classic to Giant) incurs the same fee as rescheduling Terug rond 4pm
