Tips: - google maps only gives directions via public transport but this is reliable - passport control and airport transfer takes a long time - food is unreal - don’t get multi attraction passes, not worth it - DMZ tour is a must but as with all tours you’re only as fast as your slowest person. JSA part still closed also after American decided to head into North Korea of his own accord last year - need cash to get t money card for public transport

Tips: - you need cash for metro. I bought tickets as I went along (only about €1 per trip) rather than getting IC card - it card be difficult to know what exit to use in stations but just use any if unsure and can navigate from ground level where you need to go - trains/metro are very busy given sheer volume of people in general - usually need pictures or google translate for menus - despite what it says online Imperial Palace is closed Fridays, Sundays and Mondays and very limited timing on other days - Met Observatory closed on weekends - Donki has cheap everything
