You can book this earliest 4 weeks before your arrival date

If you like we can arrange for you the airport transfer.
(The drivers are not employed by us. It is a separate company but all know our location)
We really recommend a transfer, specially if you travel at night!
This trip is more then 100km / so 3-4 hours.

As we have airport, hotel, port transfers with different description
DO NOT REMOVE NUMBERS AND DESRIPTION!
1 - Guest name: (Driver write on paper so you find him )
2 - Flight number: (AP567)
3 - Airline: (air pacific)
4 - Arrival date: (after midnight >> date from next day)
5 - Arrival time: (use AM/PM)
6 - Amount of Persons: (2 person)
7 - Where you come from: (Hongkong*)
8 - WhatsApp Number: if you have?
Point 7 - last intermediate stop/
The driver need to know where you come from so him drive to the correct terminal also if your flight number change.
So driver can check the airport display in case they change your flight and see next flight from your location you come from and wait you!

We arrange all for you next 1-12 hours then confirm to you, and give you the drivers phone number!
Please don't send us pictures and documents!
Write it all down LIKE THIS SAMPLE so we can copy and paste and send to the driver company!
We need all this information in case your plane change or have a delay the driver can find out your arrival and wait for you!
We also directly see mistakes or missing information!
Simple replace your information between the ( ) with your information!
Don't remove the numbers or other text!
Add the exact plane landing time, do not add some extra time to pick up luggage or change money!
Earliest 2-4 weeks but min 2 days before your arrival date
We will not book this before as flights always change
To bring you back to the Airport, Cebu City or any other place you can reserve the transfer any time on our reception.
(we don't accept/arrange any back transfer as long guest is not even in our hotel)
Cost for a normal car, max 3 person
for one way is 3500.- php
Cost for a mini van, max 6 person
for one way is 5000.- php
Cost for a big van, max 7 person
we can offer 8 person if only 1 luggage per person
for one way is 6000.- php
You will pay directly to the driver!.
You can find ATM on airport or driver can stop on ATM on the way.
You book this transfer earliest 2-3 weeks but min 2 days before your arrival date
You have to check your e-mail in a few hours we send you confirmation & further instruction!
PLEASE NOTE:
As soon as you send us the requested information, you accept and assume the cost of the transfer and we will immediately start booking your transfer.

If your flight is cancelled inform us immediately before we send the driver the long way to the airport, otherwise you will have to pay the full price for the empty fare!

Small delays of 1-4 hours or if flight is cancelled and you get another one are no problem and the driver will simple check the airport arrival display to check your new arrival and wait for you.
Thats way we need exactly all the following information we ask you
