Je vliegt eerst van Siargao terug naar Manilla en vanuit hier neem je de bus naar Banaue om vervolgens naar Batad te gaan. Batad is een heel klein authentiek dorpje en je gaat hier voor je gevoel terug in de tijd. Er is bijna geen internet, vaak niet eens elektriciteit en geen luxe hotels. Je verblijft in een eenvoudig guesthouses maar met een spectaculair uitzicht. Lees van te voren wel even goed ons uitgebreide artikel over Batad want je moet wel een paar dingen weten voordat je hierheen gaat omdat het hier allemaal net wat anders gaat. Zo kom je in ieder geval niet voor vervelende verrassingen te staan.

Ultimate Tour
Coron has a few different tours, but the Ultimate Tour is the best! With 6 stops, you get to see a variety of stops. The snorkeling at Coral Garden was unreal. The reef is so alive and we saw so many fish! Twin Lagoon and Kayangan Lake are really beautiful and unique as well. The tour includes a yummy traditional lunch and our guides were so fun! Keep an eye out for sea turtles from the boat. We saw a few!

Stay in el nido town area or corong-corong area for a quiter place (only 15 minutes walk to city)
Tour A: Small Lagoon, Big Lagoon, Secret Lagoon, Shimizu Island en Seven Commando Beach.
Tour B: Snake Island, Pinagbuyutan Island, Entalula Beach, the Cudugnon Cave en een snorkel stop.
Tour C: Helicopter Island, Matinloc Shrine, Secret Beach, Star beach en Hidden Beach.
Tour D: Ipil Beach, Cadlao Lagoon, Paradise Beach, Pasandigan Beach, Natnat Beach en Bukal Beach.
Tour A is het populairst met indrukwekkende stops als de lagoons maar daardoor ook wel de drukkere plekken. Tour B bezoekt hele mooie maar wel iets minder dr /ukbezochte eilanden. Tour C is de tweede meest populaire tour met geweldige snork el mogelijkheden en paradijselijke stranden. Tour D Bezoekt plekken dichter bij El Nido en is daardoor ondergewaardeerd en minder druk.
Extra tour: Tour K van Kraken
Dan bestaat er ook nog tour K. Deze tour is van Kraken Tours en hier gaat het net evaen wat anders dan bij de ABCD tours. Bij tour K kan je kiezen tussen 2 verschillende tours. Tour A en B gecombineerd en tour C en D gecombineerd. Je vertrekt wat later in de ochtend en keert pas tijdens zonsondergang terug. Op deze manier vermijden ze de drukte en meer je vaak als enige boot aan. Daarnaast zijn de boten van Kraken Tours een stuk groter dan de ABCD tours en zijn ze voorzien van een toilet, relaxte zitplekken en is er muziek op de boot. Het eten is ontzettend goed en het personeel doet erg hun best om een leuke sfeer neer te zetten. Deze tour zijn dan wel dubbel de prijs €55,-.
